What we set out to do
GoCabXI is a partner build. The service has been running 700+ routes across South India since 2014 — established, profitable, and constrained by a digital surface that hadn't caught up. We came in to modernise discovery, booking, and dispatch without breaking what already works.
How we shipped
So far: a master portal UX that brings driver, route, and meeting flows under one shell, and a meeting companion built around how the team actually runs ops. Shipped a tab switcher and reorganised the meeting page to mirror the master portal, so the same person doesn't have to learn two layouts.
Where it's going
Product scope expands through 2026. Mobile app, AI-assisted booking, and analytics for an ops team that's been making decisions from a whiteboard. We're the long-term engineering partner, not a one-shot vendor.
