What we set out to do
Kripa runs a Bangalore makeup academy. She's been training artists in-person for years, and the entire business — enrolment, scheduling, lead follow-up — was running off Instagram DMs and a notebook. The brief was small and clear: turn the studio's operations into a website she could send people to.
How we shipped
Live at kripaartistry.com on Next.js with Razorpay-ready plumbing and Cloudinary for the gallery. The current build is course pages, bookings, and a WhatsApp lead funnel that doesn't lose threads.
Where it's going
The next pass is course-level booking flows, instructor profiles, and a small admin surface so Kripa can edit content without us. Mid-build, shipping in chunks.
